We always endeavour to ensure that you are satisfied with our shoes.

If the shoes supplied do not fit you or if, contrary to expectations, you are not completely satisfied, you can make use of your right of cancellation within 14 days and return the goods to us.

The goods may only be used to the extent that they would have been used or tried out in a shop. The loss in value for any further use than just a trial must be reimbursed at normal market prices.

Please proceed as follows when returning goods, whereby this has no influence on the effective exercise of the right of cancellation:

1. please fill out the enclosed return slip. The information you provide will help us to process your return quickly and to process any desired exchange to your satisfaction. An exchange is only possible for a different size. To do this, please enter the same item in the desired size in the table. If you would like a different item, please order it via our online shop.

2. please pack the shoes in the original shipping carton and enclose the completed return slip.

3. please stamp the return sufficiently. We reserve the right to charge you for any costs incurred for parcels sent "unfranked"

Exchange

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will process your request for an exchange as quickly as possible and send you the newly ordered shoes immediately. If the item you require is not currently available in your size, we will contact you immediately.

Returns

In the event of a return, any invoice amount already paid will be refunded as quickly as possible, although the timing of the refund may vary depending on the payment method you have chosen.
