If your order is in stock, dispatch within Germany usually takes 2-3 working days. If the desired item is not in stock, it will be made for you. You will be informed about the availability and the expected delivery date by e-mail as soon as possible after receipt of your order.
We have chosen DHL as our partner to ensure that your order is dispatched quickly and smoothly. We transmit your e-mail address to DHL with the electronic consignment data. You will then receive an automatic parcel notification from DHL by e-mail with a link to the shipment tracking system, which will provide you with further information on the shipment status by means of a direct status enquiry. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered, you will also receive an e-mail about the whereabouts of your parcel. The parcel can also be left with a neighbour or for you. On delivery, receipt of the parcel must be confirmed with a signature. You will then receive a DHL card in your letterbox informing you where you can collect your parcel. If there is no one who can accept the parcel for you, you have the option of collecting it from the nearest post office on the next working day, for which you will also receive a DHL notification card in your letterbox.
We deliver free of charge within Germany and the EU.
We charge EUR 22.90 for shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, EUR 20.90 for shipping to Great Britain and EUR 45.90 for shipping to the USA and Japan, regardless of the value of the goods.
We would also like to point out that returns and exchanges from these countries are extremely complicated for customs and tax reasons. A refund of the customs duty and import sales tax paid when importing the goods is only possible after deduction of fees.

It is not possible to specify a shipping address that differs from the billing address. Dispatch to PO box addresses is not possible. Consignments that are returned to us with the note "undeliverable" will not automatically be sent again. We will notify you by e-mail and ask you to check the address details we have. The goods will then be sent to you again.
We will only combine an order for several items with different delivery times into a complete delivery if you expressly inform us of this. Otherwise, we will dispatch the items individually according to the respective availability or the specified delivery date without any additional shipping or handling charges.
